Shirley Community Centre Association is registered charity No 1116925, run by volunteer Trustees to promote the benefit of Shirley residents without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions.
Our large main hall is complemented by a well equipped kitchen. We also have a committee meeting room and a Craft room that can be hired for a maximum of 12 people.
Rooms at the Centre can be booked for various activities during the week and parties at weekends. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your requirements.
Storage facilities may be available for regular users of the Centre.
Our premises are ideally placed in a residential area and are well served by two bus routes (194 and 198). There is some on-site parking and free parking around. The Centre is regularly used by a church on Sundays and Brownies and Guides on Wednesdays.
Charges for the rooms are from £20.00 per hour. Private parties are charged at £70.00 per hour during the week and Saturdays. We offer a special package for Children’s Birthday Parties for local families on Saturdays from 2 to 5 pm at £150.00. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required on signing of contracts.
